After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wish to. In case of customer’s request for Refund, it will be processed through same payment mode within 10 working days after receiving the order back in our warehouse in good condition. Refund request will be accepted only if product is unused and customer promises to return it in original packaging. Refund request will be accepted if such request is made within 3 days of delivery of the product. No refund or exchange request is entertained if it is made made after 3 days of delivery of order. Item once used can not be returned/exchanged or refunded even if it is cleaned or washed by customer. Company’s decision will be binding.
Exchange request will be accepted only if product is courier damage or product is defective. Customer should report such issue with picture of defective or damaged item and courier box through WhatsApp. No refund request will be accepted against damaged or defective item.
